Let’s face it, even for those of us who like to cook, summer is a time where it’s nice not to have to do ALL the cooking.  BBQ’ing is a good happy medium for a low-effort cooking approach outdoors on a sunny evening.

But sometimes, especially when you’re traveling or hosting, you just want someone else to do the cooking.  Here are a few tips to keep the planet and your travel mates more healthy; your trips running smoothly; and a list of healthy locally-owned restaurants to keep your guests and everyday cook happy too on the non-travel days!
