Our bodies go through many changes during the nine months of pregnancy. Yoga helps to ease the aches and pains; decrease water retention; and adjust to changes in center of gravity.
Hillary’s class puts special emphasis on yoga poses that tone the muscles of the legs and pelvic floor, as well as poses that create more space for your baby to move and grow.
