At CRUSISIS Sustainable Living, we like to expand beyond the more 'trendy' definition of sustainability, which tends to focus more specifically on the planet. When we think about what it means to live sustainably, we like to include ‘People, Planet and Community’. After all, what’s the sense of a healthy ‘planet’ if the ‘people’ and ‘communities’ that inhabit it are not also healthy?
In essence, as we crusade for healthier ‘People, Planet and Communities’, it reveals the importance their inter-relationship has regarding our ability to live sustainably. This suggests we need to adopt lifestyles that balance the health of all three in harmony if we are to truly discover a sustainable tack.
To that end, CRUSISIS creates, seeks out, promotes and publishes resources for sustainable living obtained in-house, by research, from talented contributing authors, or simply by osmosis. We enjoy creating fun, meaningful partnerships, events and initiatives to help inform and inspire folks to action for healthier, 'greener', more equitable and community-minded ways to live... more sustainably!
